- U.S. GOVERNMENT � Notice of Intent General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Virginia Beach Delineated Area: TPC Virginia Beach � Delineated Area I-264 east to intersect with Rosemont Road (Route 411). Rosemont Road (Route 411) south to S. Rosemont Road until intersect with Dam Neck Road. Dam Neck Road west becomes Elbow Road. Elbow Road intersect with Indian River Road. Indian River Road north to intersect with Kempsville Road (Route 190). Kempsville Road (Route 190) becomes South Witchduck Road. Wichduck Road intersects with I-264. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,553 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,333 Space Type: Other Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Parking Spaces (Surface): 12 Full Term: 5 Firm Term: 5 Additional Requirements: Medical Facility Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office (predominantly medical) and related space in a building under a lease in Virginia Beach, VA, that will be expiring.� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
