- VENDORS:� Please see attached notice for the upcoming DoDEA SIS solicitation package. For continuity purposes, please cross-reference with�HE1254-19-X-XXXX which was DoDEA's FBO initial site number associated with this procurement.� Previous historical�information concerning this requirement can be found there. Because of the new beta.SAM system launch, it was determined that a new listing be initiated for FY20.� UPDATE (12/24/2019) ATTENTION VENDORS:�In reference to the posted notice, DoDEA is now posting a draft SIS Performance Work Statement (PWS) for industry review and comments.� Comments from industry to the draft PWS need to be provided to the Government points-of-contact listed on the notice (Ms. Newton and Ms. Hendricksen) no later than 12 noon on Monday, 6 January 2020. DoDEA is specifically looking for comments on the PWS, noting anything from an operational and/or functional�aspect�the Government may have missed, in addition to possible recommendations for�the Contract Line Item Number�(CLIN) structure since this will be an�firm-fixed-price (FFP) IDIQ contract.� There will be no response to any questions during this draft PWS industry review period.� Industry comments will be addressed and or incorporated into the final PWS/Request for Proposal (RFP) phase.� However, there will be an additional question and answer period for offerors once the official RFP is released. Please see the attached draft SIS PWS for review and comment(s) to DoDEA by noon on 6 Jan 2020.� Thank you.�
