- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to enter into a sole source contract with Moody�s Analytics for access to rating reports on banking. This database will provide 10 OCC employees with unlimited access its database to documents in banking and sovereigns. This information will assist the OCC with determining the creditworthiness of financial institutions.�� The base period of performance is from December 19, 2019 through December 18, 2020, with options for four 12-month periods. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation documents are available.� Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, which is solely at the discretion of the OCC.� Any written response should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capacity to meet the requirement.
