- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this solicitation is for Trash and Recycling Services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for the location at both U. S. Coast Guard Sector Jacksonville, 4200 Ocean Street, Jacksonville, FL 32233 as indicated in the Scope of Work.� The contractor shall provide Trash and Recycling Service to include equipment: Three (3) 8 Yard Front Load Constrainers for Trash, Two (2) 96 Gallon Toters, Three (3) 6 Yard Front Loaders for Recycling, and 40 Yard Roll Off.� The services requirements are twice a week pickup for Track and once a week for Recycling.� All equipment is currently on site with the exception of one (1) 8 Yard Front Loader which is pending approval. It is highly recommended to visit the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the pickup areas, along with reviewing and \discussing the entire Statement of Work (SOW) specifics.� To schedule a site visit contact the following POCs: SK3 Micah Dikeman: 904 714-7542; Email MICAH.J.DICKMAN@USCG.MIL or The Annex Duty Officer at 904 237-3607. The facilities hours of operation are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (0700 to 1600).
