- Description
- This procurement has resulted in Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Construction and Design-Build Construction Services to support the Special Programs Division (SPD) within the General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service (PBS) Office of Design and Construction (ODC). The multiple-award IDIQ contracts will have a period of performance of one (1) year and include four (4) one-year option periods. Each awardee will be guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 for the base year only. The maximum ordering limitation of each IDIQ contract is $125 million per IDIQ contract. The individual task orders to be placed under the contracts will range in dollar value from approximately $2,000 to $25,000,000. Construction and Design-Build services consist of interior and exterior building construction, and repair and alterations, including but not limited to electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, mechanical, architectural, landscaping, storm drainage, exterior renovations, and construction or demolition services. Also included, but not limited to, earthwork, pavement repair, construction and other miscellaneous civil work.
