- ** 52.232-18�Availability of Funds ** Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. (End of clause) Minot AFB has a requirment for a tool/maintenance trailer.� All details regarding this requirement, including instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and specifications, are found in the the attachmented labelled ""WO01 Combo"".� All questions should be routed to both points of contacts. Failure to route questions/quotes�to both points of contacts can preclude a submission from evaluation. Attchment I - Specifications Sheet, has been revised. The revision includes the following�adjustments: Item 112: 7.0kw generator has been replaced by 6.5kw generator (the generator should be placed in the tongue compartment). Item 134: Deleted Item 136: Deleted Item 145 (added): Sway Control/Weight Distribution System Item 146 (added): Spare Tire and Tire Mount Item 147 (added): Trailer Steps Item 148 (added): Wheel Chocks and Leveling Blocks Furthermore, R-11 Fiberglass Batten has been identified as a suitable substitute for the R-6.5 closed cell foam ** This solicitation has been extended through 2 Jan 2020.
