212th RQS Live Tissue Training Sources Sought Notice Brief Description: The USAF provides deployment ready personnel to operate globally in support of regional unified Commanders requiring those Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) assignments in support of their organizational METL (Mission Essential Task List). Guardian Angel (GA) and Special Tactics (ST) operators in the Air Force National Guard (ANG) require contracted medical training support to provide personnel with sustainment and enhancement of their existing and advanced operational medical skill sets.� The Government is conducting market research for capable contractors that possess the knowledge, skills, and expertise to perform the following: provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the live tissue training, in-hospital care, pre-hospital care and operational environment care. No solicitation is being issued at this time.� The anticipated training would occur at the contractor�s facility in two blocks Block 1: 10-14 February 2020 Block 2: 17-21 February 2020 Each block includes complete live tissue training, in-hospital care, pre-hospital care and operational environmental care for 12 personnel.� This includes, but is not limited to, TCCC and AMT for all personnel and a 3 day trauma skills lab utilizing live patient models. Response Date:� 2 January 2020 Contracting Organization: 176th Contracting Element, Alaska Air National Guard (AKANG) Primary NACIS Code:� 611699 - All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction;� Size Standard: $12M Place of Performance:� Contractor�s facility �� THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION.� The Government is seeking to determine what qualified sources exist to fulfill this requirement.� This information may be used to determine if there is a potential of a small business set-aside.� The purpose of this �Sources Sought/Market Survey� is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and to develop additional knowledge of the existing market for the required services.� The Government requests interested parties submit a response which shall include a brief description of their company�s business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., Small Business, SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOB, Large Business, etc) and a description of same/similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers.� Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by teaming partner. Responses to this notification should include the following: Documentation demonstrating AAALAC-accreditation Documentation demonstrating the contractor is listed on the USAF Approved Vendor List established by the Director of USAF Animal Use Programs Past experience conducting live tissue training, in-hospital care, pre-hospital care and operational environmental at contractor provided facilities and a brief description of the course Additional information regarding this requirement will be posted for viewing on beta.sam.gov at https://beta.sam.gov/ as it becomes available.� Interested parties should submit the information requested above by 2 January 2020, 1:00 pm EDT to 176MSG.MSC.Vendors@us.af.mil. �Please include company name, address, telephone number, and technical point of contact, brochures/literature.� Capability packages must not exceed 15 pages (12 point font with on-inch borders, not including pictures, brochures and Market Survey), must be submitted electronically and should clearly indicate whether your firm is able capable to provide these type of services.
