- The Wilmington VAMC has a requirement to maintain iDrawings CAFM software service currently in use at the facility. NCO 4, having analyzed schedule pricing from IT-resellers, has determined it is in the best interest of the Government to procure the required software and requested database and drawings maintenance directly from the OEM, Vlogic Systems. NCO 4 intends to enter into a Base + 4 option year contract. Pricing will be analyzed prior to exercising options to determine if utilization of an IT reseller would be beneficial to the Government.
