Description

This announcement serves as a synopsis issued for informational purposes only.� This synopsis is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a request for quotation.� The Department is NOT requesting a quote or proposal in response to this synopsis. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) intends to award a sole source contract to WINGSWEPT, LLC to provide operational and maintenance support services.� The services will provide a suite of services covering product support, product upgrades and hosting services for the iPRISM software.� Services include:� provide maintenance and upgrades to existing software, system documentation, and server platform; non-routine back-up and restore functions, provide support to C&A, and training.� The DOE is using exemption to competition 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii), One Responsible source.� This is a notice of intent for informational purposes only, and not a request for competitive proposals other then WINGSWEPT, LLC.� No solicitation is available for this requirement.� For the intent to make determination for there to be a competed requirement in the future, please send a vendor capability statement for the requirement by Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 9:00AM (Eastern) via e-mail to: karin.denburg@hq.doe.gov.� Please note that telephone or e-mail inquiries regarding this notice will not receive responses. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal or Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach.� This synopsis should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. �
