- The USDA, AMS plans to add additional software licenses to its existing order 12639519F1428 with DLT Solutions located in Herndon, Virginia.��� The DLT part number is�1129-0454, MFG Part No. SAAS2-LPF-PROG-P, GOV LEARNING PERFORMANCE SAAS PLUS 501 - 1,000 users ""Government Learning Performance SaaS Plus (Learn plus Collaborate)"".� This is not a request for quotations.� This is a notice of intent.� USDA will add these licenses to the order on January 6, 2020.� The delivery order will be modified to include FAR 52.217-6 Option for Increased Quantity.� Questions regarding this notice may be emailed to BeverlyS.Brown@usda.gov.�
