- The purpose of this notice is to respond to questions submitted in response to Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C10A-20-R-0003. The proposal due date has been changed by one day, from December 29 to December 30, 2019. The amendment includes as an attachment, responses to the questions submitted. Prospective offerors are required to submit a proposal for the requirements for the Department of Veterans Affairs Enterprise Satellite Communications Operations by December 30, 2019, 11:59 PM Central Standard Time.� The requirement will be a 100% Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-aside. VA is not responsible for any costs incurred by prospective offerors in submitting a proposal to this solicitation.
