Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to award a modification to sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order N0001918F0453 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), for the procurement of Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) to upgrade the current LAIRCM System Processor Replacement (LSPR) to resolve Advanced Threat Warning Processor and CIU Diminishing Manufacturing Source issues.�Additionally, provide expanded platform backward compatibility and growth potential for the AN/AAQ-24 system while re-organizing maintenance architecture and deliver a more robust training capability. This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis under NAVAIR solicitation N0001915G0026_N0001918F0453Modification to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. NGSC is the sole developer, producer, and depot repair facility for the LAIRCM system�used by the United States Government. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
