Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Division intends to negotiate a firm fixed price for the items listed below as Brand Name Specific, which are FALLTECH and 3M. These items are to be used at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia under the North American Industry Classification System Code 332618 that are listed as Other Fabricated Wire Product, Chain and Wire Rope. This requirement will be set aside as a 100% small business only. �The contract line item (CLINs)�are as follows. CLIN 0001 (60) Each FALLTECH 6.5' ROPE POSITIONING LANYARD, STEEL SNAP MANUFACTURE: FALLTECH PART NUMBER: 1550-31-0031 CLIN 0002 (60) Each 3M NANO-LOK 8' EDGE TWIN-LEG QUICK CONNECT SELF RETRACTING LIFELINE MANUFACTURER: 3M PART NUMBER: 1550-31-0032 CLIN 0003 (200) Each CONNECTOR, 3M TWIN NANO-LOK CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY MANUFACTURER: 3M PART NUMBER: 1550-31-0046 This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Item. The solicitation number is SPMYM120Q0024 and it is expected to be posted on or about 27 December 2019 and posted in BETA SAM, https://beta.sam.gov/. Quotes will be due by 10:00 am EST on 6 January 2020 and may be emailed to the attention of Ricky Smith at ricky.smith@dla.mil. Please make sure that the solicitation number (SPMYM120Q0024) is included in the subject line of any email correspondence.� Emails without subject lines will not be read because of security issues.
