- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), on behalf of the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price service contract for Custodial Equipment Maintenance. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Please see the solicitation #36C24420Q0205 for detailed information regarding this requirement and opportunity. Block #6 on 1449 shows closing date and Time (Eastern Time). The government anticipates awarding a contract for one (1) year with up to one (4) option year periods.
