- N00164-20-Q-0058 � STRATEGIC TEAM BUILDING LEADERSHIP TRAINING � FSG R799 - NAICS 541611 ISSUE DATE 06 JANUARY 2020 � CLOSING DATE 10 JANUARY 2020 � 12:00 PM Eastern Time Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a Strategic Team Building Leadership training program that focuses on enhancing organizational results by focusing on individual leadership capabilities and team dynamics, which includes interactions, roles, responsibilities, skills, abilities, and values. This program will need to aid in developing leaders while improving the overall performance and cohesiveness of the team. The contractor shall provide a program focused on leadership skills to include critical thinking, achievement, leading others, ethics and leadership. The contractor shall implement and instruct/facilitate the designed program and deliver as required. The Contractor shall launch the Strategic Team Building Leadership Program within 90 days from the date of contract award and it shall not exceed six (6) months in length from the date of the launch, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Government. The total number of days for organized team sessions shall not exceed seven (7). No more than one overnight session is authorized. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov. Quoters, prior to submitting a quote, carefully review ALL sections and fill in all blanks. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-20-Q-0058 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Contract Opportunities on https://beta.sam.gov/ has officially replaced FBO.gov All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://beta.sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://beta.sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Offers shall be e-mailed to braxton.taylor@navy.mil. All required information must be received on or before ___10 JANUARY 2020, 12:00 PM____ EASTERN TIME.
