- This sources sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement under the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement PGI 206.302-1(d). The Program Executive Office Submarines (PEOSUBS), Program Management System 4013 Hull Sensor Systems requires Victoria Class Sonar Bow Domes for the United States Navy Foreign Military Sales in support of the Royal Canadian Navy as stated in Letter of Offer and Acceptance CN-P-LKC dated 17 May 2016 in accordance with Foreign Military Sales 126.6(c)(6) requirements. �See Attachment 1, Draft Statement of Work (SOW). Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed supplies are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice. �The response/capability statement(s) shall cover every element in the Draft SOW. �Please include Organization name, address, email address, web site address, telephone number, and business size and type of ownership for the organization. �All responses under this Sources Sought Notice must be emailed to pedro.rivas@navy.mil by the response date in the FBO posting. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
