The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Construction & Facilities Management, anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Priced contract in support of the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery Phase 3. Project No. 918CM2006, located at 10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the construction as shown on the plans and specifications and in accordance to the Statement of Work in conjuction with the Specifications and Drawings. This is a 100% SDVOSB Set-Aside NAICS 237990 Size $39.5M - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. Magnitude for this project is between $20,000,000.00 and $50,000,000.00.
