- The USDA Forest Service R2 Rocky Region (map:�https://gacc.nifc.gov/rmcc/#tabs-3) will be hosting small business Fire Vendor Outreach Sessions (FVOS) February 2020. Monday, Feb 10th: 1000-1130 Wednesday, Feb 12th: 1300-1430 Thursday, Feb 13th: 1000-1130 Thursday, Feb 13th: 1300-1430 Monday, Feb 17th: 1100-1230 These 1.5-hr webinar sessions are an opportunity for small businesses seeking additional information and guidance on how to support wildland fire through multiple preseason contracting opportunities.� Attendance is free.� Further contracting information is attached in the Forest Service Virtual Incident Procurement (VIPR) brochure.� The Government will be seeking quotes in the following operated equipment categories in 2020: Heavy Equipment, Fallers, Fuel Tenders, and Mechanic with Service Truck for use in the Rocky Mountain Region: Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, Kansas, and Nebraska.
