- Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) proposes to award a new five-year Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for pier-side efforts for the Army Watercraft Systems Product Directorate and Watercraft Inspection Branch to efficiently execute fleet-wide modernization and modifications, un-programmed maintenance, emergency and repair efforts for its existing fleet of vessels. The purpose of this special notice is to give industry an opportunity to review and provide feedback on the evaluation critiera.�
