- **Update 13 January 2020 FA8811-20-R-0003-A0001 Release** The Space and Missile Systems Center/Launch Enterprise (SMC/ECL) at Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA, is releasing Amendment 0001 to FA8811-20-R-0003 for Systems Engineering & Integration-2 (SE&I-2) services. The updated attachments within Amendment 0001 contain �tracked changes�. The conformed model contract and its updated documents do not contain �tracked changes�. Additionally, please review the Government CRM adjudications to questions submitted in response to the final RFP. The response deadline to this RFP remains unchanged (no later than 29�January 2020 at 1200 PM�(PST)). Questions: All communications associated with this request shall be submitted via email to the primary and secondary Points of Contact . **End Update** **Update 12 December 2019 Final RFP Release** The Space and Missile Systems Center/Launch Enterprise (SMC/ECL) at Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA, is releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I-2) services. The RFP documents are included as attachments to this announcement. Additional sensitive RFP documents can be found in the SE&I-2 Library. Interested contractors may request access to the Bidder's Library by emailing the points of contact listed above and must obtain and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to being granted access to the Bidder's Library. All information in the Bidder's Library is at the unclassified level.� Responses to this RFP are to be submitted no later than 29�January 2020 at 1200 PM�(PST). Though not a small business set-aside, responses from small and small disadvantaged businesses are highly encouraged. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541715. The small business size standard is 1250 employees. Offerors are advised that data submitted to the Government in response to this solicitation may be released to individuals who work for Tecolote Research, Inc. as non-Government administrative support. Tecolote Research, Inc. is bound by appropriate non-disclosure agreements with the Government. For further information regarding these agreements, contact the Contracting Officer identified in this announcement. Due to industry feedback, these documents have had the most drastic updates and the Government is seeking additional industry feedback. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses.
