Unit of issue: Each ���� b. Performance location information: West/Gulf Coast ���� c. Delivery schedule: POP, commence 17 August 2020 for approx. 150 days. ���� d. Procedures:� FAR part 15 ���� e. Anticipated Award Date: May 19, 2020 ���� f. The solicitation will be made available on beta.sam.gov on or about January 28, 2020 ���� g. Set-aside Status:� Full and Open 17.� The decision to solicit full and open was based on Market Research.� MSC did not received interest from small business concerns under NAICS 336611, which has a size standard of 1,250 employees. The MSC Small Business representative and Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative concurs with decision to solicit full and open.�
