- This is a Pre-solicitation Synopsis Notice for staffing at various Navarro Mills, Proctor, and Whitney�Lake parks to perform gate attendant operation services in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division (SWD) Fort Worth District (SWF). FOR INFORMATION ONLY: This Synopsis is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation is anticipated and forthcoming. All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist as noted above. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Fort Worth District intends to award multiple�firm fixed priced contracts for gate attendants from solicitation W9126G20Q0048 once the solicitation is posted. Total Small Business set-aside. Place of Performance: Three Rivers Region, Texas at the lakes listed above The estimated duration is an initial Base Period of twelve (12) months� of which the contractor will only be required to work the summer period (approximately 6 months) with up to 2�Option Periods of twelve (12) months each with the same summer work period required, for a total not to exceed contract period of 36 months. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Gate Attendant Operation Services at�the listed locations. 3. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation W9126G19Q0012 is on or about 3 February�2020 but may be earlier or later. Proposals are anticipated to be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 721211.
