- Description
- Independent External Peer Review (IEPR) for the Charleston Peninsula Coastal Flood Risk Management Study, Charleston, South Carolina.�The Performance Work Statement (PWS) requires�the contractors to provide management and/or technical services in support of IEPRs for its water resource projects consistent with WRDA 2007, WRRDA 2014 and USACE guidance. �The contractors will be required to establish a panel of experts to conduct peer reviews for each of the project studies in accordance with the National Academy of Science's policy for selecting committee members, as dictated in WRDA 2007.�In accordance with the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 H.R. 1495-51 and the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 H.R. 3080, awards for this requirement must go to an eligible 501(c)(3) organization.� See the attached Solicitation, Performance Work Statement, Conflict of Interest form, Charge Questions�and NAVFAC/USACE Past Performance Questionnaire for additional information.�
