- This is Amendment 01 of the solicitation 47QREB-20-R-0001. Acknowledgment of this Amendment is not mandatory. Offerors shall follow the instructions set forth in Section L of this solicitation to be considered for award. Awards under HCaTS 8(a) are contingent upon the SBA�s acceptance; for each apparent successful Offeror, an offer letter will be submitted to the SBA cognizant representative and, upon SBA�s acceptance, the award will be made.
