Description
The Federal Highway Administration's Office of Innovative Program Deliver (OIPD), Center for Local Aid Support (CLAS) is hosting the 2020 National Tribal Symposium to Advance Transportation (NTS) in, Minnesota on one of the following dates - May 18-22, 2020; May 11-15, 2020; or May 4-8, 2020. A venue and support according to the following description is needed: The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and any other items necessary to carry out the NTS as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall supply audio visual equipment, meeting rooms, and guest rooms from the venue for the duration of the event. These services shall include: Use of the 1 general session meeting space for up to 200 attendees to fit comfortably 6 breakout rooms capable of holding 30 participants each in classroom setup 6 Meeting rooms capable of holding 10-20 participants with Meeting room set up 1 instructor prep room Registration Area Exhibitor Showcase space for up to 20 exhibitors High speed wireless internet connection throughout all meeting rooms and common areas. Laptop, LCD projector and screen, podium, and wireless microphones in the general session and each breakout room, laser slide advance for the general session and breakout rooms AV to support sound within the general session� Pens and notepads for the up to 200 participants Location relative to the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport must be within a 25-mile radius The Government will also require the assistance of IT support on an as needed basis during set up and while training is being conducted to resolve any unforeseen IT disruptions. RFQ 693JJ320Q000023 is attached which includes the Instructions for Preparation of Quotations and Statement of Work. Amendment 0001 to the RFQ removes the requirement to provide Past Performance Reference Information.�
