(ABOA):�� �5,863 ABOA Space Type:�� �Office Parking Spaces (Total):�� �4 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface):�� �4 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Structured):�� �N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved):�� �4 parking spaces Full Term:�� �15 Years Firm Term:�� �10 Years Option Term:�� �N/A Tenant Improvement Allowance: �� � New Space: $50.63/ABOA Existing Space: $20.00/ABOA Additional Requirements:�� ��� �Space shall be contiguous on one floor.� ��� �Space shall be located on the second floor or above.� ��� �The proposed facility shall not be located in the immediate vicinity of any facilities identified by the Interagency Security Committee (ISC) as �hazardous materials transportation/storage facilities.� Examples of hazardous locations include facilities with potential environmental threats, such as fuel storage areas, gas stations, chemical manufacturing facilities, etc., as well as railroad lines transporting hazardous material.� ��� �The proposed facility shall not be located near Public Defenders, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Probation Offices or other businesses or facilities deemed unacceptable by the Tenant�s Physical Security Unit (PSU) for security purposes.� ��� �Proposed Tenant spaces or facilities in close proximity or adjacent to facilities associated with foreign powers identified in the Tenant�s National Security Threat List will not be considered.� ��� �The proposed facility shall not be located near day care centers, senior centers, schools, hospitals and religious/rehabilitation/social service centers ��� �Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. ��� �All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
