(ABOA): 33,408 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 80 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 80 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 80 parking spaces Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Option Term: N/A Tenant Improvement Allowance: New Space: $26.81/ABOA Current Space: $10.86/ABOA Building Specific Security Allowance: New Space: $6.00/ABOA Current Space: $0.00/ABOA Additional Requirements: � Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. � All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
