- Provide all materials, labor, testing, and equipment for performing all operations necessary to complete the following work: Ball Mountain Lake Office: Install one (1) Energy Star rated 42,000 BTU external mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump system with two (2) 24,000 BTU terminal units and one (1) branch box. Townshend Lake Office: Install one (1) Energy Star rated 36,000 BTU external mini-split ductless air conditioning/heat pump system with two (2) 18,000 BTU indoor terminals and one (1) branch boxes. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
