- ***Amended 13 January 2020:� Due date for proposals has been extended to Friday, 17 January 2020, still at 2:00pm Pacific Time.*** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seattle District has a need for the repair of the M/V SHOALHUNTER. The objective is to replace all reduction gear parts and components of M/V SHOALHUNTER and bring to new or like new working condition. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to supply and install new gear boxes as defined in the Scope of Work. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, solicitation W912DW20Q0006 is attached. SITE VISIT: One organized site visit is scheduled as follows: Tuesday 7 January 2020 at 9:00 A.M. Pacific Standard Time Participants will meet at: Aberdeen Landing (located to the west of the Walmart Supercenter) 913 E Heron St Aberdeen, WA 98520 Site Visit Registration: Confirm attendance by sending an email to: Bradford.L.Schultz@usace.army.mil, Edward.D.Benton@usace.army.mil, and Gregory.A.Cook@usace.army.mil. Advance registration is required before 9:00 AM on 6 January 2020. The site visit will be canceled if no advance registrations are received. SAM Registration: All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), if you are not registered in (SAM) or have an ACTIVE status, an award SHALL not be made to your company. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov.
