The Government proposes to acquire, on a requirements type contract, a guaranteed total minimum contract quantity of 100 each with an estimated total contract quantity of 1500 of a NOUN: SHAFT, STRAIGHT; NSN: 3040-01-503-3421; Part Number: 4503363-2 applicable to the BL CH-47 Turbine Engine (T55). Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 282 each, 495 Days after Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 282 each, 330 DACA with deliveries to DODAAC SW3113 for Cherry Point, NC 28533-5040. This item is restricted to United Technologies Corporation (CAGE CODE: 52661) and AAR Parts Trading, Inc. (CAGE CODE: 1Y249). The technical data for this part has undergone full screening per the DFARS PGI 217.7506, Spare Parts Breakout Program. The assigned AMC/AMSC is 1Q. This acquisition is suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. All offeror�s must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website usarmy.redstone.ccdc-avmc.mbx.ame-sar@mail.mil and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
