- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to issue a delivery order on a sole source basis to Sierra Nevada Corporation. The delivery order is intended to procure overhaul, repair, and fabrication of the AN/SPN-46 Pedestals in support of Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
