- The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Elephant Butte Field Division (EBFD) has a need to replace the Annunciator Panels and install new Sequence of Events Recorders in the power plant. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary expertise, labor, tools, and test equipment to furnish, install, and replace the outdated Annunciator Panels and install new Sequence of Events Recorders. This work shall include the removal disposal of the old annuciator panels, automation equipment, and all other associated cabling/materials.
