- Specifications: � CC.400 with serial number above 205030; Calibration card; Computer pre-loaded with the C-Cell software (version 3 or above); Reference material; System and software must have the capability to determine the following: internal structure (to include cell size, shape and location), external features, L*a*b* crumb color, crust profiling (to include L*a*b* color and thickness); Must provide inclusion analysis; Must provide bread scoring algorithms capability; System and software must provide the following measurements: number of cells, net cell elongation, non-uniformity, cell diameter, number of holes, and wall thickness; Power requirements: 110 V, 60 Hz; Instrument and computer system must be able to fit table top that is 5 ft x 2 ft.
