- *** 20-R-0011 Synopsis*** Solicitation to Follow 13 Jan 20 - Update: Solicitation Posted. The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Warner Robins will acquire replenishment/ component spare parts applicable to the HH-60G Helicopter Program using Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures. Yearly quantities of the below item/NSN listed are needed. � (See Note 22, 26). DLA Solicitation SPRWA1-20-Q-0011 contemplates a Firm Fixed Price, 5 Year Contract for NSN 7025-01-658-0455, Data Transfer Unit. �This procurement action will result in Firm Fixed Price Delivery Orders as needed. The proposed acquisition will be contracted SOLE SOURCE to Simmonds Precision Products, CAGE: 89305, located at 100 Panton Road, Vergennes, VT 05491-1008, pursuant to 10 USC 23049(c)(1). Detail data/drawings are not available from the procuring activity. �Required Delivery is expected to be within 9 Months ARO. PR Number(s): FD20602000096 Item: 0001 NOUN: Fuselage Pane; NSN: 7025-01-658-0455 P/N: 30192-0501 Manufacturer: Simmonds Precision Products ITEM MATERIAL:� Aluminum Parts ITEM FUNCTION: Record Data Quantity: �11 EA, Ordering Period 1; Up to 5 per year in subsequent Ordering Periods Applicable to: HH-60G Destination:� SW3119, ROBINS AFB, GA, 31098-1887. Duration of Contract Period: Completion of shipment of units A written solicitation will be issued. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency Note 22. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note 26.�� Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
