- Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other components necessary to ensure 24-hour telecommunication services as indicated in this Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor shall provide telecommunication services specified in the following appendices: Appendix A � High-Speed Fiber Internet, Appendix B � High-Speed Cable Internet, and Appendix C � Commercial Cable Television (CATV).
