The activities in this Contract include assignment of injury codes and injury causation scenarios as well as medical record storage to support NHTSAs Crash Investigation Sampling System (CISS). This procurement will provide for injury interpretation and code assignment, injury causation, and medical record storage of crash data collected at thirty-two sites. Format of Corporate Capabilities Statement: This notice is being reposted a second time for public notification of the Governments decision after assessment of the originally assigned NAICS code of 541910, Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling needing to be changed to 541715, Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences; which more accurately describes the work under this project. Any interested qualified Small Business firms, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), 8(a) Certified SDB, HUBZone SB, SDVOSB, or WOSB concerns should submit their Corporate Capability Statement, which demonstrates the firms ability and past experience in no more than 10 pages to perform the key requirements described above to the identified NHTSA point of contact listed herein. Any proprietary information should be marked as such.
