This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award.� The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning� its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research.� The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing the below: Location: Cross Lake Recreation Area 33507 County Road 66, Crosslake, MN 56442 Capable commercial source to provide garbage, recycling and firewood ash removal services from the Cross Lake Recreation Area, operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Crosslake, MN. The Cross Lake Recreation Area contains a highly visited campground of 122 campsites, two boat ramps, 9 restroom facilities, multiple picnic sites and an office building among other facilities. 01-MAY to 15-OCT The site requires a minimum of 24 cubic yards of garbage dumpsters available at the site, a minimum 14 yard roll-off type recycling container, and a lockable 6 or 8 yard container for firewood ash. Garbage removal services would be performed 3 times per week (M-W-F) from 01-MAY to 31-MAY and 01-SEP to 15-OCT.� Garbage removal services will be performed 5 times per week from 01-JUN to 31-AUG. Recycling removal services would be required when the container is full.� In 2019, a 14 cubic yard recycling container was emptied 6 times.� The firewood ash container will be emptied as needed, but no more than 3 times during this period. 16-OCT to 30-APR The site requires a garbage dumpster of at least 6 cubic yards to be available.� The dumpster will be serviced no more than five times during this period.� The recycling and firewood ash containers as well as the extra garbage dumpsters would not be needed and would all be removed from the site during this time period.
