- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR: PREMIUM TRAY DELIVERY CARTS THIS ACQUISITION IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (SB) ONLY The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 has a requirement to Premium Tray Delivery Carts at the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia Missouri 65201. Contractor shall furnish . Premium Tray Delivery Carts, designed to reduce noise, rattle and vibration; lightweight and durable, 14 tray capacity, end load, double door, four 6 balloon casters, 4 � inch tray spacing, full perimeter bumper. Four-sided molded top rail for transporting additional items to patient floors. Floor drain with plug and sloped cart floor for ease of cleaning. Louvered side vents to assist heat dissipation and reduce condensation buildup. Door swing of 270 degrees for unobstructed access. Secure door latching when doors are open or closed.
