Description

Amendment 0001 is to correct a systems error. No changes are made to the terms or content of the solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-02 (effective December 23, 2019). The solicitation number is 140P8520Q0009, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is an unrestricted solicitation under NAICS 812331. Offerors must be doing business under this NAICS code as listed on their record at www.sam.gov. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for linen service for the Yosemite Medical Clinic and ambulance. This work will consist of supplying fresh, laundered linens, and the removal of soiled linens. See attached Scope of Work for full requirement. The awarded contract will be for one base year with four option year periods. The base year line item will cover April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021, and four option line items covering services from April to March during successive years (if exercised) through March 31, 2025. The Government intends to award a single, fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following non-price factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability and past performance. Evaluation factors other than price, when combined, are approximately equal to price.
