- NSN 1R-1680-016447212-EY, TDP VER 001, QTY 5 EA, DELIVERY FOB ORIGIN. Solicitation Number: N00383-20-Q-P169 NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit General Atomics (4V360), San Diego, California for the procurement of the items identified at the end of this notice. The government intends to contract on a sole source basis with General Atomics (4V360). This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government does not possess (or cannot provide) the data necessary to produce these items. This item does not provide for a total small business program set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 336413. Based on Market Research, if the Government's need may be met by a type of itemcustomarily available in the commercial market place that would meet the definition of a commercial item at FAR Subpart 2.1. The contracting officer shall solicit & award any resultant contract using the policies & procedures of FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required. WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. If you are not an approved source you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVSUP-WSS Source Approval Information Brochure. Responses to this notice of intent shall be submitted no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of this synopsis to NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia, Attn:Ms. Noreen McDonough, Contract Specialist, Code (N762.03), 700 Robbins Ave, Bldg 1,Philadelphia, PA 19111. General Atomics will be solicited on or after 05 February 2020 and the Solicitation will close 30 days after the effective date of the solicitation.
