Description

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has a requirement for a contractor to provide a managed hosting solution for the agency's public-facing website. This website runs in Drupal and will require hosting on a Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP (LAMP) application server. The contract term will be a base year with four option years. The period of performance starts no earlier than April 1, 2020. The due date for proposals is February 7, 2020. NOTE: A Pre-Solicitation Notice for this RFQ with a reference ID of CB20-RFQ0001 was posted to FBO.gov on October 3, 2019. From the date of the transition from FBO.gov to Contract Opportunities (beta.sam.gov) on November 12, 2019�to January 13, 2020, CBO was�unable to post any solicitation notices. In the interest of not delaying the project further, the RFQ was issued as a�Special Notice on Dec. 13, 2019. Not that the issue is resolved, this Solicitation posting includes the original solicitation document (with the form ""Offeror Representations and Certifications for CBO Contracts"" that was inadvertently omitted from the original file). THIS IS NOW THE OFFICIAL POSTING FOR THIS SOLICITATION. We will amend the�Special Notice to direct offerors to the solicitation posting here.
