**01//24/2020 - Amendment 0004** The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid due date to March 6, 2020 AND to notifiy vendors that design layout changes remain pending for the 2nd floor layout of Samuels Hall, per Amendment 0003. **12/17/2019 - Amendment 0003** The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid due date to February 6, 2020 AND to notify vendors that design layout changes are pending.� Once the changes intended for the 2nd floor only of Samuels Hall are finalized an updated design layout will be provided.� Additional time for Q&A on the changes only will be provided at that time.� The bid due date may also be extended as the government deems necessary.� **Update to Amendment 0002** Site Visit sign-in sheets have been added. **AMENDMENT 0002** Please see the attachments for all details pertaining to this amendment. **AMENDMENT 0001** The purpose of this amendment is to issue initial responses to questions received on or before September 5, 2019 at 5pm EST, provide the revised SF1442 as a result of changes to the solicitation noted in the responses to questions, and provide an added attachment (#6) to the solicitation. Please see the documents attached to this amendment.� All changes to the solicitation have been highlighted in the SF1442.� Please review all attachments of this amendment thoroughly, as a site visit was added, questions deadline has been extended, the due date for bid submissions has been extended, amongst other changes highlighted. PLEASE NOTE:��There are questions that were received by September 5, 2019 at 5pm EST that have not been responded to as of yet.� Responses to the questions ommitted from the attached response document will be provided in a subsequent amendment as soon as possible.
