Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is issuing solicitation 15B21620B00000001 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Phase 2 � Remove UST at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Lisbon, Ohio. FCI Elkton is a federal correctional facility located at 8730 Scroggs Road, Lisbon, Ohio 44432.� Work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope:� Phase 2 � Remove UST The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the removal of seven USTs along with all related piping, fuel dispensers and accessories at FCI Elkton.� The Statement of Work/Specifications attachment included with the solicitation will provide complete requirements for the project.� The solicitation will be posted at a later date. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $250,000 and $500,000. (NOTE: This range is one of 8 available ranges from FAR 36.204 and is not meant to imply that the project has necessarily been estimated/budgeted to the maximum of the selected range.� It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range).� The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 237120 with a corresponding small business size standard of $39.5 million. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the website at www.beta.sam.gov.� Hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available.� The website provides download instructions.� Any secure/locked documents uploaded with the solicitation will require an active vendor registration at https://beta.sam.gov as well as your Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) associated with your System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registration.
