- The USDA Forest Service, Superior National Forest, located in Duluth Minnesota, anticipates issuing a Contract to prepare and stain up to 14 buildings on the Tofte Administrative site from this solicitation. The project is located at the Tofte Ranger District, 7355 W. Highway 61, Tofte, MN 55615. Price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In order to receive award under this Request for Proposal the successful offeror shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). NAICS: 238320, the size standard is $16.5 Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to Department of Labor wage rates. Solicitation Number 1263A920R0001 All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Forest Service.
