- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), contract number N00421-19-G-0005, to Cubic Corporation, 9333 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123, for the procurement of engineering services.� The services supports the NAVAIR Landing Autonomous Navigation Technology for Enhanced Recovery to Navy Ships capability effort. REQUIREMENTS: The requirement(s) will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.�� Under this effort, the Contractor shall provide the following services:� Requirements and Concepts of Employment (CONEMPS) Development System-level Engineering and Conceptual Designs Trade Study Analysis Design Synthesis and Transition Planning This notice is published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals.� Inquiries regarding any subcontracting opportunities should be directed to Cubic Corporation.� Responsible interested parties may submit a capability statement in which they identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.� The Government will consider written and/or electronic media responses to this announcement received no later than 7 February 2020 and can be submitted to: Shawn Harbaugh NAWC-AD Contracts 2.5.1.6.13 22473 Millstone Rd., Bldg. 505 Patuxent River, MD 20670 shawn.harbaugh@navy.mil A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.�
