- PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 1ST choice April 6-10, 2020 2nd choice April 16-20, 2020 � PLACE OF PEFORMANCE USCGC MARIA BRAY 4200 Ocean Street Atlantic Beach, FL � The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, National Security Cutters Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding sole source procurement to �ADRICK MARINE GROUP, Inc. for the parts listed below: ADRICK MARINE GROUP, Inc. The OEM is the only known manufacturer that has the techniques, design specifications, testing, quality assurance capability, and documentation necessary to manufacture these parts as used on board Coast Guard Cutters. Part List: Purchase of the following parts or materials: -(qty. 01 ea) Straight Cooling Skid Assembly PN: SCSC5 � Purchase of the following services: -SCSC5 Installation Per SOW -Marine Chemist Gas Free Certificate -Ductwork Fabrication -Sea Water & Refrigerant Relief Hose Fabrication These items are components of the Adrick Marine Model HP-5SC heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) unit used on 175-WLM cutters and are current configuration. They are designed to conform to, and mate with, each other and other existing components of the HVAC system. Use of parts supplied by other than the OEM could cause failure of the HVAC system, resulting in reduction and loss of the cutter's ability to maintain climate control, and habitability within the Engineering Control Center compartment. This would directly impact their ability to be underway and complete their mission and provide coverage for their area of responsibility. This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC Maria Bray. �Vendor will provide the part/supply stated in the solicitation description. �NAICS Code # 336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 Pacific Time, Feb 6th, 2020 will be reviewed by the Government. ��A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. �Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation is restricted to: ADRICK MARINE GROUP, Inc Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited.
