Description
The VA Maine Healthcare System, Togus has a requirement for a contractor to provide Surgical Instrument Preventive Maintenance and Repair services. All work shall be performed at the VA Maine Healthcare System, 1 VA Center, Augusta, ME 04330. The Contractor must be capable to provide all parts and materials, labor, and travel related expenses for all surgical instrument inspection, maintenance, and/or cleaning for all types of government-owned powered and non-powered surgical instrumentation regardless of manufacturer. The Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, technical literature, manufacturer repair requirements and manuals, transportation and other items and services necessary to provide a Surgical Instrument Maintenance Program as defined in this PWS. The VA Maine Healthcare System, Togus is soliciting a Firm-Fixed price contract with a performance period to include a Base Year from 02/01/2020 01/31/2021 with (4) Four One Year Option Periods. The NAICS Code is 811219 and the size standard is $22 Million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors are technical, past performance and price. The solicitation is a set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and will be available on or about January 16, 2020. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessible to view on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov which will include the Performance Work Statement (PWS), pricing schedule, requirements and necessary information. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely on this website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. All interested SDVOSB firms must be registered in VETBIZ.GOV and Verified by VA CVE and registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
