- 1.24.2020�- AMENDMENT THIS SOLICITATION IS CANCELLED DUE TO NO TECHNICALLY�ACCEPTABLE OFFERS. A FOLLOW-ON SOLICITATION MAY BE ISSUED UNDER A DIFFERENT NUMBER IN THE FUTURE.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the formant in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #N4523A20R1074 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a firm-fixed price (FFP), commercial service, single award contract. The quote shall be a document communicating the Service being provided (meets or exceeds the technical characteristics communicated in the Performance Work Statement), documentation of OEM Certification, the price (the monthly and total price), and be signed by a designated agent of the company, and date of expiration. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-01, dated 12 November 2019. This combined synopsis/solicitation is posted as a full and open competition requirement. The Product Service Code is J025 (Maintenance and Repair of Vehicular Equipment Components). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance) with a Business Size Standard of $8,000,000. The line item number(s) will consist of CLIN 0001: Disassembly, Refurbishment, Reassembly, and Commissioning of mobile crane boom. Quantity 1. Unit of Measure is Job. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) has a requirement to disassemble, inspect, and repair a Mobile Boom Crane located at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard due to an unsatisfactory annual service. The location of work is to be at Vendor�s facility. The Mobile Crane will be delivered (FOB): Destination from/to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Bremerton, WA. Commissioning will be performed at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Bremerton (See Performance Work Statement). The Period of Performance is 13 JAN 2020 through 13 MAR 2020.
