24 Jan 20 - Amendment 1 - Summary of Changes 1.� Update estimated quantities for CLINs X009 and X013. 2.��Update CLINs 0017, 1017, and 2017 � Equipment Maintenance, to Not Separately Priced (NSP).� The US Government does not have any equipment that will require maintenance during performance of the contract. 3.� Update ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-2 - EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, section �BASIS FOR CONTRACT AWARD�. 4.� Incorporate Attachment 2 � Rev. 1 Price Schedule capturing changes in required CLINs for RAFs Fairford and Welford, updates to estimated quantities for CLINs X009 and X013, and change CLINs 0017, 1017, and 2017 � Equipment Maintenance, to NSP. Initial Solicitation Post This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP), in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04, effective 15 January 2019.
