- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this solicitation is for Ground Maintenance and Landscaping Service in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the grounds maintenance services at the U.S. Coast Guard 4200 Ocean Blvd Jacksonville, FL 32233 It is highly recommended to visits the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the existing conditions. Contractor access to the service site area shall be limited to 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Access to the sites are not permitted over the weekends without prior written approval of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
